Migrate data from MS Works database to MS Access

Was advised to export data from Works to CSV (?) and then import from CSV
files into Access. What is a CSV file and how do I go about accomplishing
these tasks?

CSV stands for "Comma Separated Value". I don't have Works installed,
but I think you can open the Works database and choose File... Export
from the menu, and follow the prompts. If this works, you can use
File... Get External Data... Import in Access and select "text" from
the Files Of Type list.
