Migrate Microsoft Word 2003 AutoText Entries into Word 2016

I have a new Windows 10 computer with Word 2016 newly installed. I wondered if anybody could advise me how to transfer Word 2003 autotext entries from a machine running Windows XP.?

Thank you for that. I had already identified the link you mentioned but wasn't sure if the result would work for Word 2016. I know I should have just tried it, but I don't have either of the computers with me at the moment. Will do so next week...
