Migrate Outlook 2003 Shortcuts

I have a user that has about 250 shortcuts in outlook. I am trying to see if
I can migrate those shortcuts rather than doing all of them manually. Thanks
in advance.

I believe they're in the profile.XML file located in
%AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook
