Migrating - all outlook, .pst, contact, Calendar, and settling

I got a new comuter and trying to find a simple way to migrate everything-
all of the documentation talks about moving .pst files which seems easy
enough but it but what about-

Calendar
Contacts
Settings/Preferences
Email accounts

Is there asomething out there that will just move transfer the whole lot?

To add to the confusion I have 3 separet profiles.

Thanks

Both contained within the individual pst files.

Settings/Preferences
Email accounts

This depends on your secret version of Outlook....

No.

Whatever you do - you will have to re-create the three profiles.

See here for more detailed info:
How to backup and restore Outlook

http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/backupandrestore.htm
http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.htm
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HA010771141033.aspx

There is out-dated information on some of these pages, specifically with
regard to Outlook 2003 and 2007.

The main points to note:
1. Do NOT use the import/export function to move Outlook data from one
version to another - all you need to do is to copy the pst file, with
Outlook closed.

2. Do NOT paste the copied pst file into the default location - paste into
(for example) your Documents folder and then do File-Open-Outlook Data File
within Outlook.

Calendar
Contacts

These folders, as well as all the mail folders, Tasks, Notes, and all the rest
are in that same PST. Transferring the PST transfers all this data, not just
mail.
Settings/Preferences

Some of this can be transferred, such as signatures. Some of it, though,
cannot be transferred. See this for a summary of the files Outlook uses and
their uses: http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.asp
Email accounts

This informaiton is kept in the mail profile in the registry and is not
transferrable. In my opinion, it's best to recreate this manually anyway.
