Migrating BCM contacts to new computer with Win 7

I just migrated to a new laptop. Just about everything moved except the info
associated with my BCM. It's blank. Can anyone help me with easy
instructions to move this info? I have a Easy transfer USB cable. Other
data was moved with a combination of Win 7 easy transfer and PC Mover Pro.
