Migrating BCM07 to SBS03R2

I just recently Set up SBS03R2 in a small office that is already using BCM07.
In addition, they also are using SBA07 Pro which is attached to the BCM07
Database. They want to move the Database to the server without losing any
data for both programs. Is there an easy way to do this such as backing up
the database and then restoring it on the server or is there a better more
effective way of doing it?

Use the SQL Management Studio Express program to detach from their PC and
move it to the SBS, then reattach. With BCM and SBA integrated, there's
just one database to move.
