Migrating Office 2000 to 2003

Hi,

If I have Office 2000;can I install Office 2003 and keep all docs from
Word 2000 that I have saved???

My mom will be happy.
I'm helpling her;she just bought 2003 as is concerned
she backed up her important ones.
