Migrating resource pool from P2003 to P2007

Has anyone successfully migrated the Enterprise resource pool data from
Project 2003 to Project 2007? My migration started and got through 140
successfully migrated resources, be then stopped with the following error:

02/28/2007 10:35:48.520 Migrating resource global failed with error 80004005
02/28/2007 10:35:48.520 Error detail: <detail><errinfo><general><class
name="An unhandled exception occurred in WinProj.UpdateResources."><error
id="42" name="GeneralUnhandledException"
uid="eee2980c-ac06-47e6-9469-8eb63c31411c"/></class></general></errinfo></detail>

Does anyone know what this means?
I would appreciate any help on migration errors.
