Migrating TO Frontpage 2003 - how to get old site files into an

I have been programming my own website - and some websites completely in CSS.
Now, I want to start using Frontpage 2003 even though my clean code will go
to crap - it'll be easier to operate.

So - how do I get the basic information from my current sites into
Frontpage? I have a site backed up onto my hardrive. How do I get Frontpage
to recognize the files that belong to a website? If I go to open a website -
FP shows nothing in the folder - so obviously - Frontpage needs to build
information into a file that FP uses. How do I get FP to do this - so I can
get started on FP - using my own site (backed up of course). I can open
individual htmls - and I am suprised- FP has handled the CSS very very well.

Open FP, then File Menu | Open Site and browse to the folder containing your web files. All files
and folders need to be contained in a single folder. FP will then prompt you to let it convert the
folder to a web, let it.

Thank you, but this does not work for me. The websites I created before -
were done each page at a time, and not through any website creation program.
Specifically, I used a freeware editor, HTML-Kit. FP will open individual
files in the folder, but does not see anything in it as being in a website -
ans hows nothing to open up.

Wait - it does work - I misread your response - Opening the folder itself
seems to do the trick. THANK YOU.
