Migrating user settings from O2K to O2K3

I attended a Microsoft webinar that stated I could migrate
user settings from O2K to O2k3 by using Office 2000
profile wizard and save my settings wizard (in O2k3). I
have attempted this, but it looks like the settings are
not updated in O2K3. It looks like the settings are added
to the registry under the old app locations. How can I
get this migration to work?
