Migration tool for project 2003 to project 2007

Hello,

I am looking for the migration tool to convert projetc professionnal 2003 files to project professionnal 2007 WITHOUT using project server.
I red that there is an command-line utlility to do taht file by file but I didn't find it.

If anyone could help me ?
