Milestone Summary

I am currently summarizing future milestones (milestone, not finished) using the stand black diamond. Completed milestones are identifed by a green star (milestone, finished). I want to establish a shape for missed or late milestones, but cannot seem to find the right combination in the format bar dialog. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hello JH,

I assume you saved the Baseline.
Insert a colum : Flag1 for example : Insert / Column
Right click the Flag1 label, select Customize Fields...
Rename it as you want : "Late Start" for ex
Formula : IIf(DateDiff("d";[Baseline Start];[Start])>=1;-1;0)

Format / Bar styles...
Under the black Milestone, insert a row
Appearance : select the start shape and color you want
Show for : Milestone;Flag1
From : Start
To : Start

Thanks Gerard. I had to substitutue commas for the semi-colons, but it worked fine. It also gave me some additional ideas for setting conditional situations. Best regards, JH
