Milestones disappear in MS Project Professional

Hi,

I have the following problem with MS Project 2007 professional and MS
Project Server 2007.
We define a milestone task with "Mark Task as Milestone" flagged and the
project save and publish. One month before, the task still okay.
But, dont know on which date, this flag is unmarked suddenly. We surely make
sure that it is not due to human error.

Also, in Project Center under MS Project Server 2007, the milestone column
still indicate the task as milestone.

Does any expert know why it happen and how to solve it?

Did someone set the duration of this task to a value other than zero
without resetting this flag?
