Min Max buttons not displaying

I have a 2007 database with none of the min/max buttons displaying in the
forms. All the properties are set correctly.
Border, sizable
Control box Yes
Min/Max Both enabled.

If I save as lets say 2002 version they work.

Has anybody come accross this?????

Well they're not displayed when the "Tabbed Documents" option is selected.

To check if this might be the problem, click the round Office logo button in
the upper left corner of the Access window, choose Access Options, then
Current Database, and under the heading Document Window Options make sure
that Overlapping Windows is selected and not Tabbed Documents.
