When I'm creating a rule to "Move mail from a specific person to a
specific folder", OL 2003 shows me a list of contacts to select from.
The list is sorted by *first* name, except for contacts designated as
Mr, Mrs, or Ms. Those sort under "M". In the Contacts folder itself,
they sort properly.
