missing 1 of 2cd's to download microsoft word office xp standard

I have lost microsoft word on my computer. When I try to open a file, it
starts to install word then I get prompted to install the cd. I have lost one
of the 2 cds but have the the original case and the product key. Is there a
way to install word from using the product key?
