Missing 1305 File

Briefly, I am getting an error message: Cannot read the file
D:\PFiles\MSOffice\1033\LVREG.DLL

I purchased the Dell computer while an employee at AT&T, and the back up
disk went missing during a recent move.


Any thoughts?
