Missing 3 rows

I have a spreadsheet (with data in it) that is missing rows 1-3. It starts
displaying with row 4. I can arrow up to rows 1-3. I have tried unhidding,
changing row heights, nothing seems to work. When I hit select all, it
starts with A4. When I print preview/print it shows these missing rows. I
also tried, from a previous entry.....Data>Filter>Show All....the Show all
was greyed out.

Try Windows>Unfreeze Panes
