What do I do if I'm missing the 3rd CD for Office XP,
which is the Step by Step Interactive Training CD?

You contact your system manufacturer/vendor - that CD is only available with
OEM installations, it is not included in any retail licence. MS does not,
cannot and will not assist with OEM installations.
