Missing Account Forms

When I try and create a NEW ACCOUNT the error message
" The form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your
administrator."

That's a problem when I am the administrator!!!

Hi Jonathan

Does the same happen for Buisiness Contacts ?or Opportunity.Try clearing the
cache under tools > options > advanced > custom forms > clear cache.Also Can
you try running Detect and Repair from the Maintenence Mode(you can get to
this screen by clicking highlighting the Office program in add /remove and
clicking on change).Please let me know if this helped
