Missing all tasks in published projects

I have had a brand new install of Project 2003 created and when I
publish my project it can be seen in Project Center PWA but when I
drill down there are no tasks. I am getting the 0x80004005 error in
the spooler. Any ideas?? I have signed on as Administrator and there
is no security probs with the Viewdrop directory. The Project is
automatically publishing as well.(which is actually a pain!!! can this
be stopped???)

Bill,

My experience with your issue is an installation issue. I've had this
happen to me and had to redo the installation. Make sure you follow the
installtion procedures in the installation guide as well as applying SP1.

This happpened to me last week. Check your view drop folder. My guess is that
it has files in it. It should not. You will need to stop and restart this
service if that doesn't work reboot the server and publish the file that are
there 1 at a time.

Got our network/server admin guys invoivled and checked out the apps
log etc. After a bit of stuffing around we found other error number
which lead us to Hot fix 838882.
This has been applied and the problem has gone away(for good I hope)
