I just installed Office 2003 pro on 32 workstations. Users of two of these
workstations now report that they are getting a blank "square" when they try
to type an apostrophe. Im stuck, the settings all look the same as on the
other 30 machines that dont have this problem. The OS is XP sp2. They use
Ariel or Times New Roman fonts with Word as their editor.
They're ready to kill me and im running out of ideas. Any help is
appreciated.
