Missing attachments with autoforwarding

Using Outlook 200 with Exchange 2000.
For Joe Bloggs I have automatic forwarding from his
company e-mail address to his personal e-mail address.
(Under delivery options)

When I send an attachment to Joe's company e-mail address
it appears in his work inbox but is missing from the
forwarded e-mail in his personal inbox.

However if external clients send an e-mail to Joe the
attachment appears in both inboxes.

So only "internal" e-mails seem to have the problem.

Can anyone help? Thanks
