Missing banner

Just attempted to add a page to my site, and, although the nav buttons are
all there, the banner doesn't show. What might cause this?

I'm using FP 2002 and operating under Win XP Pro w/SP2.

Your anti-virus? Norton? Notorious for blocking content....

Yes, I'm using Norton's a-v and firewall programs, but neither is the culprit
in this instance.

The banner is not where your page expects it to be; I get a Not found at

Gotta be - why do you say that? Anything named "banner" will likely be
blocked by Norton.

I just fixed the problem by editing the page at the server end.
