In Access97 I created a report that captures data from a query. Near the bottom of each page I have 3 memo fields that act as foot notes. Of 50 records produced as single sheets in the report only 3 show these memo fields and all others are blank except for the page footer. I believe the data to be homogeneous and can't figure out why the memo fields only print on a few pages. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks
