Missing bullets

Hi, folks. My website is using a standard FrontPage theme but, once
posted, the bullets are missing. See one of my pages here:
http://www.markedixon.com/epilogue.htm. (You might have to scroll a
little.)

Is there an obvious explanation for why the bullets would be included
when I look at the page on my PC, but missing when it's on the Web?

Open the live site in FrontPage and make sure the _themes folder contains a folder named mdshapes
and that the image Mshbul1a.gif is actually in the folder.
