Missing Buttons

For some reason I don't have the buttons to send/receive
or to forward. I've done everything I can think of to
correct this. I Hope someone can help me.

What version of Outlook are you using? If pre 2002 make sure you are using
the correct Outlook mode (IMO or CW mode)
