missing cab file for outlook installation

I have never used Outlook when I went to it wasn't there. I have Small
business edition 2003 and it is listed on the installation. I have a second
cd for business contat manager... when I reinstall Office a missing file
erroe comes up.

Me too - I exported my address book from my Roadrunner Webmail into both a
CSV and an Excel format and when I try into import into Outlook 2003, it says
the translator for that format is missing and cannot find that same .cab file
