missing .CAB file

Attempting to update Office 2002 OEM - using standard edition 2003 - XP Pro OS - keep getting request for "original installation disk" - the disk is in the drive but the install program cannot locate the file G3561412.CAB. Tried to go to MS on-line - it asks for the product ID - have no idea what the product ID for this is since it won't load - any help would be appreciated
