missing Calendar in Outlook 2002

[Pearl]

for some reason my brother's Calendar has moved from under the root mailbox
to under Journal. Now, he can not receive any meeting notifications.
Questions:

1. Can the Calendar be moved back to under the root mailbox?
2. Even tho it has moved, why can't he receive meeting invitations?

Try starting Outlook once with the /ResetFolders switch. If you need help
