Missing Calendar?

I want to use te 'business projects' to plan fundraising events for my
company. Is there a central BCM calendar that all users can see that lists
all of the events? If not, how would I set one up?

BCM doesn't have a Calendar of its own, but instead links to events in
the Outlook Calendar. I believe Outlook has shared Calendar features,
probably when used with Exchange or another server that manages the
sharing aspects..
