I posted another comment on this and never got a response, so I'll try
again...
We are using Track Changes in Word, and we have a single document with
comments from several people. The comments can be viewed only by
enabling the Reviewing Pane. Even when All Reviewers is selected for
the "Show" option, and Always is selected for Balloons on the "Show"
optionm, the comments from all but one of the reveiwers does not show
up in balloons.
I don't have this problem in other documents with the same reviewers.
The other problem I have now is that the comments won't print -
generally comments that are too long to display on a single page print
out at the end of the document. None of the comments will print out on
this particular document.
Any ideas?
