Missing comments

Some only of my comments fail to appear in the margins. How do I make them
all visible? They appear in the review pane, alongside the other. All
comments were entered by me in the same session.

Is there room for the comments? If not, perhaps you could try increasing the
percentage width allocated to balloons.
