Missing Contacts

Hello, HELP
I installed Outlook 2000 (and I tried 2002) on a system
here at the school and while the contacts do show up when
either the contact rolladex or folder Icon is selected..
they do not show up when you use the address book when
addressing a message.

If you select TO: CC: or BCC and then change the drop down
list to contacts - no names appear

HELP
