Missing day of week in title bar

I have a person who has uses Outlook 2000.
When they click on calender in outlook the calender opens and bar at
the top displays the date.

Mine says "Monday, April 10"

BUT his says "April 10". Where is the setting to put back the Day of
the week.

Make sure his long date format here includes the token for day name (dddd)
in WinXP: Control Panel > Regional and Language Settings > Click Customize >
Date tab
