Missing Email Appears Only After Empty Cache

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange One of my user had some of his new emails not showing up in Entourage 2008 but was visiable is OWA. I'm using Exchange 2007. I always need to clear cache for Inbox for the 'missing emails' to show up correctly. This is random, ie he can have some new emails from today that are showing and some from today not showing up. But everything was fine with OWA on the web or Outlook. Anyone have a solution for this? or a way to automate/schedule the cache process? Appreciate any help :)
