Hi,
I have a customer that is using Outlook 2003 and have two PST files;
outlook.pst is on a network drive and archive.pst which is on the
local hard drive.
The user had some difficulties accessing their email from Network
Solutions and before calling them and finding there were network
issues on their end, they ended up doing "something".
And what I mean by "something" is that the archive.pst file contains
her folders as expected, however there are no emails within these
folders. It's lie someone deleted the emails from these folders,
however the user is quite certain that she did not do this. There are
no other PST files on her hard drive (nor the network drive).
Any one have any thoughts as to how this could have occured and/or how
to retrieve these emails which unfortunately are NOT backed up and are
quite important to the user.
Thanks in advance,
Jaison
