Missing Enterprise Templates Tab

I created a project file and saved it to Server as a template but when I
click file, New... Template On Computer... the Enterprise Template tab is not
shown (only the General and Project Templates tabs are displayed). Why is
this?

Regardless of whether you have created any, the enterprise tab should always
be there. Are you sure you are connected to the project server?

Ben, thanks - yes I'm definitely connected. I logged in as usual and can open
projects sitting on Server...
