Missing Feedback Form Template

A

Anders Hellstrom

I just installed MS FrontPage 2003. Looking at Page Templates dialog box, I do not find the Feedback
Form template. I am running Office 2002. Where does the Feedback Form template come from? is it
possible it is from Office 2003 and was not included in the Office 2002?
Hope someone can help me find the missing template.

Hello Tom,
Unfortunately, I only get five templates, Normal Page, Bibliography, Frequent Asked Q..., Photo
Gallery and Table of Contents.
Used "Complete Installation" when installing the program.
Any ideas?

Yes, it is. Here are my steps:
1. File, New.
2. "New" drop-down menu comes up on the right side.
3. Under "New Page" I can select: Blank page, Text file, From existing page.. or More page
templates..
4. I select "More page templates.." and "Page Templates" dialog box with the five templates comes
up.
Any more ideas???

Tools->Page Options - Authoring tab
check the box "Browse time web components"
Also check "Author time web components", but this does not affect this
problem.
