missing field in form

I have a form on my website that includes 1 scrolling
text box and 15 generic text boxes. When a customer
submits the form, the scrolling text box field is not
included in the results form even when the customer fills
it out. All the fields are required to submit the form,
but for some reason the scrolling text box entry is not
posted in the results form and not included in my html
formatted email.

any suggestions?

Believe it or not, I can't see a reason for it not working. I use one very similar, with a text box
and it works. !!
