Missing field names on VB transfer text export

Hi,

I'm trying to get the field names to appear in my VB transfertext
export text (comma delimited) command with no success. I've
tried "Yes", acYES, TRUE, and -1 with no success in the "Has
Field Names" option. I'm using Access 2003. Please tell me
what I'm doing wrong.

Here is the syntax I'm trying:
DoCmd.TransferText acExportDelim, "EFAST specification",
"qryEFAST_ASSET_FILE_WithNoPersonalAssets", Me.txtOutputFilename, True
