missing file: IJ561401.CAB

Cheryl.

When I try to access any Microsoft Office 2003 product on my computer, I
receive a message that file IJ561401.CAB is missing. Per the instructions, I
insert my original installation disk for MS Office XP Standard for Students
and Teachers, but that doesn't solve the problem. In frustration, I clicked
"Cancel" in the error box. The programs ultimately run, with a few minor
glitches in formatting.

I tried accessing Updates (there were none), and ran a full system scan
(Norton), disk defragment, and disk clean-up. Any suggestions? Thanks in
advance. -- Cheryl.

Are you trying to use Office 2003 or XP? They are different products.
