Missing File miimage.ocx

I am receiving an error when I open a specific data base in Access 2003k.

I am being told that the file miimage.ocx is being linked to is missing. I
can not find a file by that name on any machine where the DB works ok nor
can I find a link in my db.

On WK machines the db opens ok on XP machines it crashes
