Missing Folder

I am in the process of setting up a Pop3 account and can't figure out why
this new account is not showing up on my folder list. I can see this account
under the email accounts when I click Tools, Email Accounts, View. What am I
missing?

POP accounts don't have folders of their own. They use your existing
delivery location.
