missing formatting toolbar

Hi, I just was told that my formatting toolbar is missing.
Anyone know how I can get it back. Also a lot of my
outlook express 5 options under "tools", "format", etc...
are whited out. I can't select them. Help.

you asked this before... newsgroups aren't chatrooms it could take some time
for a response (although you got one from me within 10 minutes)
