Missing From and Subject Fields

Beginning recently all my email is coming in without From or Subject tags but
with [SPAM] in the subject field. Emails also are carrying the full header
with routing info. I'm runnin McAffee for spam filter and have already
talked to them. Help??

Clearly not an Outlook problem, since Outlook will never add "[SPAM]" to a
message's subject line.
