We have received a large number of nested HTML emails, but all we seem to be
able to see is the body of the text. There is no associated metadata such as
from/to or dates. There is also an associated text (.txt) file for each file.
Any ideas what the problem could be?
As its the first time that this has happened, I assume that its the senders
problem but what should I tell them?
