Missing Function in "Actions" dropdown menu

I want to use the function "New Letter to Contact". However, the only options
available in my Office 2007 Enterprise edition are "New Message to Contact",
etc., etc. Every possible option is listed, but there is no option for the
"New Letter to Contact" in this dropdown menu or in any of the other menus. I
have searched in the customize function and this option is nowhere to be
found. Please help and please advise. I used to use this all the time in my
Office 2003. Thanks.

That option was removed from Outlook 2007.

Thanks so much for the info. You saved me a lot of time trying to re-install,
search for a template, etc. I must say, I am disappointed and not sure of the
rationale behind removing this function, but I found a workaround that is
just as quick - just have to get used to doing things a new way. (The new way
is this: In Word, on the "mailings" tab, just choose "Envelopes" or "Labels".
Inside that window, just hit the Address Book button and choose the contact.
Voila!)
