Missing Functions

I just installed Office 03, upgrading from 97. Many of the financial functions I used in 97 are missing and the cells in my spreadsheets read "NAME". How do I install the full complement of functions?

Open Excel, do tools>add-ins, select ATP (Analysis ToolPak), plop in the CD
and follow
the instructions
