I was recently working in Office Enterprise 2007, more specifically, word.
When i went to add a page number it gallery was missing for all view (top,
bottom, margin). I ran the repair from the disc but it did not help. I know
that one time during all this mess i got a message about a missing building
block template. What must i do to restore the gallery.
